Hangar Specifications
- Spacious Design: Each devisable hangar space offers customizable spaces and various square footages of contiguous hangar space within a pre-engineered steel building.
- Durable Construction: Built with 26-gauge pre-finished metal siding and a roof with a 25year manufacturer’s warranty.
- Dimensions: Vary in dimensions from 2500 square feet up to over 15,000 square feet.
- Superior Insulation: Features R30 ceiling insulation and R19 wall insulation with 26-gauge pre-finished metal siding installed to 8’ AFF on the interior side of exterior walls.
- Robust Flooring: Constructed with a 6” concrete slab with vapor barrier over 4” aggregate for enhanced durability.
- Loft & Storage: Includes an unfinished loft and storage space, customizable to the buyer’s preferences per individual agreement.
- Hangar Door: 50’ x 16’ “Higher Power” hydraulic hangar door with an R-16 insulated white aluminum liner, manually latched with electronic access control. Larger hangar spaces will have 18+ heights
- Exterior Access: 3’ x 6’-8” HM insulated grade door with a keyed lock, electronic access control, and a 6”x 24” window. Larger hangar spaces may have multiple doors.
- Dimensions: Vary in dimensions from 2500 square feet up to over 15,000 square feet.
- Interior Design
- Fire-rated, impact-resistant drywall between hangars.
- Exposed metal components painted, with sealed concrete flooring.
- 3/4” metered water service for each hangar.
- Bathroom Amenities:
- 36” vanity with cultured marble top.
- Elongated toilet.
- On-demand electric water heater.
- Hose bib near bathroom.
- Central air compressor with a regulated air drop in each hangar.
- Individually metered heating/cooling wired and ready for hook up.
- 600amp 120/240V 1-phase system with individually metered 100A breaker panels (upgradeable to 200A).
- Pendant-mounted LED lighting (50 fc illumination, 3-way switched).
- Power distribution includes:
- Hangar ceiling-mounted LED lighting.
- Motorized hangar door & overhead door.
- Electrical outlets every 20 feet.
- Insta-hot water heater & GFCI receptacle.
- Rough-in for CCTV system.
- Internet connection provided to each building.
Customization Options
Option 1:
First Floor Lounge, Storage & Bathroom with Open Storage Above
- Lounge & Kitchenette: Includes 30” stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, base & wall cabinets, and a 16”x16” sink.
- Bathroom: Ceramic tile flooring, cultured marble vanity, electric heat, and ventilation.
- Storage: Chrome adjustable shelving sealed concrete floor, and a 30-gallon electric water heater.
Option 2:
First Floor Lounge, Storage & Bathroom with Office Suite Above
- Lounge & Kitchenette: Same as Option 1.
- Office Area: Finished upper-level space with independent heating/cooling, LED lighting, and a closet.
- Air Conditioning for Hangar (30-degree temp drop @ 70% RH).
- Epoxy Floor Coating.
- Office / Loft / Tool Room interior customization
- 55” Smart TV with IP Connection.
- Customizable spaces for offices, multiple bathrooms and maintenance areas for larger hangar spaces of 15,000 plus square footages.
